Mini Fleet Enterprises – Terms and Conditions Summary This agreement outlines the key roles and responsibilities for renting a vehicle: Driver Requirements: Renters must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license held for at least 2 years. Additional fees may apply for younger drivers. Rental Terms: The minimum rental period is 48 hours. Rentals typically include unlimited mileage. Late returns will result in additional charges or a full extra day fee. Insurance and Liability: Vehicles are insured; however, renters are responsible for a deductible of up to JMD $30,000 and any damages not covered by insurance. A refundable security deposit is required. Fuel Policy: Vehicles are provided with a full tank and must be returned full. Refueling charges apply if not returned full. Usage Restrictions: Only authorized drivers may operate the vehicle. Misuse, illegal activity, or sub-renting voids insurance and makes the renter fully liable. Breakdowns and Accidents: 24/7 roadside assistance is available. All accidents must be reported immediately and properly documented. Payments and Fees: Major credit cards are accepted. Cancellation fees may apply depending on timing. Additional services may incur extra charges. Fines and Penalties: Renters are responsible for all traffic violations, parking tickets, and related administrative fees. Cancellation Policy: Full refunds require at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations and no-shows will incur penalties. Vehicle Condition: Vehicles must be returned in the same condition. Cleaning or damage fees may apply if necessary. Additional Services: Airport pick-up and drop-off can be applied at an additional charge. Legal Terms: Mini Fleet Enterprises is not liable for events beyond its control. Terms may be updated at any time, and disputes are governed by the laws of Jamaica.
